Outdoor advertising is a major media owner, Layar Prima Sdn Bhd identities, develop and construct outdoor advertising panels which includes billboards ( free standing & unipole ), and overhead bridge panels.

Outdoor advertising is essentially a mode of marketing communication whereby advertising are able to relay marketing information to prospective consumers by way of display once they are outside the four walls of their homes.
Outdoor advertising involves the development and maintenance of strategically located display panels which provides optimal visibility to vehicular and human traffic.
Outdoor companies normally invest huge sums of money to develop a network of display sites and panels which are then leased out to advertisers through advertising agencies or directly for a specific period of time. Once the tenor of a particular advertiser expires at any given location, the outdoor advertising company may lease out the same spot to any other interested client.
Our History
The story begins on 1989 when Mr. Lai Cheng Choon together with partner opened their company name as Sign Ventures Sdn Bhd which is totally cope to metal and advertising industries. Sign Ventures then build up its name quickly and also developed a reputation for quality through years with an excellent work performance. With good started, then new projects soon renowned.
Then middle 1993, due to the demand and high confident to handle a new company, Mr. Lai then take a challenge to opened one more company name as Keen Seng Metal Works Sdn Bhd, which is also cope in the same industries and do enhancement in the marketing part. Through Keen Seng Metal Works Sdn Bhd, the at least 100 project has been done all over Malaysia. Our clients are come from many type of company organization.
In 2000, once again a new company opened: named as Layar Prima Sdn Bhd. Layar Prima Sdn Bhd was established in 25th February 2000 by Mr. Lai Cheng Choon and Mrs. Chong Kim Fah, who are our beloved Chairman and Chief Executive Officer. With his over 20 years experience in related industries, Layar Prima Sdn Bhd is proud to be an innovative company in the media industry in Malaysia. Within 9 years, Layar Prima has built his name sequence with his performance and always sticks to the objectives to become the first choice media advertising provider.
At the beginning, Layar Prima which is situated at Subang Jaya just only a provider for genset items and equipment for company who's needed, but due to the market demand and the widely enhancement in advertising market, with all the facilities and experience in the industries we then expand our business media and advertising. We truly believe that we could and can be the largest media advertising company and we are keep in going to achieve our motto as "to make sure that your satisfaction is our Success".
